I'd like to ask for help with getting to bed at night and sleeping. I've been going to bed progressively later over the years, but now I'm not in bed until the early hours of the morning. I also haven't been sleeping well for months as my head aches on the inside, in my third eye, and my crown. I'm listening to all the clearings I can, but it's hard to figure out which ones I should be focusing on. I'm exhausted and living life is difficult. My mom terrorized me around going to bed as a child, so I know that's part of my resistance/avoidance. But I'm sure there's more going on than that. Any help with anything in those areas would be much appreciated. Thanks!
