Please help me, I have had raynaunds phenomena since I was in my mid 30s. It is a circulation disorder that causes my fingers and toes to get cold from lack of circulation I guess. It’s an auto immune disorder and there’s nothing that can be done. I’ve tried everything that I can think of or find and I get some relief from some of the things but winter is coming again and I just keep feeling like I would it would be better to live in a warmer climate or warmer apartment at least. I can’t afford to move etc. etc. Can you please remove any dark energies around this from past lives and current lives. And anything I can do myself may I beguided so I can have some relief.
