I would like to ask you for help winning my SSDI case in the Federal Court of NY. I appealed the judge's "unfavorable" decision so I can get another hearing and actually change it to favorable so I can get the income for disabilities that he recognized that I did have but he said that I could still perform so light lifting/work without taking into account the medications I'm taking for the depression, anxiety and vertigo that caused tiredness, sleepiness, low functioning abilities from the brain and body, the lack of ability to interact with people in different group's sizes without getting upset/altered.
I went to see an attorney but I didn't have all the documents with me so he couldn't make a decision about taking my case yet so now I have to wait for the judge's reply to the curt so they give me his response so I can take it to the attorney so he take my case and helps me win.
I do need a lot of help with my faith because is almost inexistent. With so many things and people against me I feel like there is no more hope for me, I don't see I could win the case. Please help
