I'm really struggling at the moment with massive amounts of trauma coming up for clearing (likely around survival issues at a guess). The last 2 nights I've had rising feelings of terror, panic, fear & anxiety with pounding heart-beat, palpitations etc. and the only way I can cope is by feeling the feelings, which brings up trembling in the body, floods of tears etc. (all good as at least I don't feel frozen then, as though in a coat of armour). I'm struggling to function at the moment though, and am spending lots of time crying and am worried about how I'm going to cope with lack of sleep if this carries on for much longer. The same thing happened at the end of January, for a couple of nights, but to a lesser (and more manageable) extent. I'm doing your Root Chakra Clearing on Sunday so will write about it there too. Thanks so much for your help, and for the wonderful job you do with this Prayer Wall, that gives us hope.
